I work as a tutor and need to find ways to help my small groups when teachers didn't give me enough tasks for the entire pull-out session. I also need unique ways to help students who are struggling with certain concepts while keeping the other students in the group engaged.
I appreciated the wide range of responses that were given, from websites the students could use to printables that I could copy. It also helped me become aware of sites that I had not used before. I would definitely recommend instructional coaches use this tool. I also feel that beginning teachers could benefit from a place to ask questions that come up when they don't feel like 'bothering' a more experienced teacher.

Over the past 30 years, teachers have taken on roles far beyond the traditional planning, instruction, and assessment. They now take on data management, document management, incident reports, PR and communications.
Workload and work intensity have expanded. TeacherPA was created as a tool to help teachers claim back their after-school lives.
